Hospitality
The Purpose for Hospitality is to ensure that every person that enter the church; greeted with a warm inviting welcome and that our faith, love & kindness shine before us unto them. And always have a willing spirit to serve the Lord.
Romans 12:12-13
(NIV) Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in
prayer.
(NIV)Share with the Lord’s people who are in need.
Practice Hospitality.
Our Mission is to uphold the vision of LFCC with the upmost respect. And to allow ourselves to
hear from God and move accordingly to the spirit. That it may show through us and shine
upon others. To recognize the movement of the spirit in the sanctuary and support the needs of other ministries & organizations within the church as well as the ones outside the church with
brotherly and sisterly love and kindness. To show hospitality everywhere we go; for we
represent LFCC and respect the Word of God.
Hebrews 13:2 Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.
LFCC Hospitality Vision
To show continue support for our LFCC church, ministries,
families, and guest. To pray daily for all and apply God’s
word to our lives and communities.
Continue to seek more members and volunteers for
Hospitality to support all ministries and the facilities of the
church and community.
Ideas to provide guest information online in support of the
church and hospitality. By posting the welcome cards on
the church website. This will welcome more online
members as well as in person members.
As you can see, we have started the meet & greet area for newcomers and Guest on Sundays after Church. With light refreshments as they get a warm welcome from us very own Bishop & First Lady Downing as well as members.
Brainstorm as a committee to produce new church
information for Hospitality desk and Welcome packets and
other ideas that may come.
To be attentive to other churches & places we may visit or see for ideas for our future New Hospitality area in
support of the ministry, guest, and visitors.
